I get the following error when trying to add some community translated PS2 ISOS.

Initial D - Special Stage.iso: not a Playstation CD-ROM/DVD-ROM. Dot Hack Fragment (English v3.7).iso: not a Playstation CD-ROM/DVD-ROM.

I have tried playing around with the filenames matching to those in the gameid list to no avail.

Any advice?

I need to install games over the network as I dont have a way to connect the IDE HDD to the PC right now and buying an adapter is about 50 bucks

Using HDL Game Installer progress just gets stuck at 0% Indefinitely, And I have to kill it through Task Manager
I have SMB Enabled on Windows 11 (Through the Windows Features) but still same issue
Although when I kill the Installer the games name that I installed appears on the PS2 but it wont boot (Because it hasnt installed it)

Anyone know any solutions?

I have also tried disabling the firewall to no success I just get "Connection to the server has been lost" and then I have to restart the PS2 Because it wont register a disconnect

I recently had that issue, where my progress would be stuck at zero. I had to tether the connection from my phone to the laptop which caused windows to ask me whether I wanted to make the connection private or public. I checked both boxes, and then the progress bar started to move immediately. I got around 7 mb/s.
