He meant re-ripping your SM Galaxy disc, as the rip (iso) might've been corrupt or incomplete.
I would suggest trying another wbfs file of the game too, since it's the only one you're still having issues with.
Also is the game the same region as the the console, and what video cables are you using composite or component? What type of tv, HDTV or CRT?
