It should be about the same time as playing a normal card i i remember correctly. The older cards were more battery intensive and would run your DS significantly hotter than a normal game. But the new cards like Acekard and DSTWO run just about the same as normal if not a little less.
It factors in the brightness, wireless game modes, and slot-2 expansion.
If I play on the 2nd brightness from the bottom-up with just standard DS games, It usually lasts at least 12 hours.
10 to 13 is usually how long an Acekard (2.i?) lasts.

I took a look at the rail and noticed that the two last pins were soldered for some reason, luckly I still had the rail of my broken joycon so after I swapped them I was able to use it attached to the console
