WARNING - THIS PLUGIN MAY ONLY WORK WITH THE EUROPEAN 3DS !!!
This is just A pre-release plugin so there will not be a lot of codes, reason for this is because I need time to form it all together as there is over 40 codes with different values for different effects

Requirements:
1. To start of you'll need the Mii Maker 3DS Title ID
EUR Version "0004001000022700"
USA Version "0004001000021700"
JPN Version "0004001000020700"
2. Download the Mii Maker Plugin here: https://github.com/NintendoGamer28/Mii-Maker-3DS-Plugin/
3. Create A "plugin" folder on the root of your SD Card then inside that folder create a new folder called "0004001000022700" for EUR 3DS "0004001000021700" for USA 3DS or "0004001000020700" for JPN 3DS.
4. Drag the .plg you downloaded from github to the Mii Maker 3DS Title ID folder in the plugin folder

Extra. In case you haven't installed NTR CFW download it then extract the .zip then drag the .cia to the root of your SD Card
5. On your 3DS use FBI via Homebrew Launcher or to install the FBI.cia and NTR CFW.cia
6. Now launch NTR CFW through the homemenu and then launch Mii Maker 3DS
7. Now Press "Select/-" and you're done now you can modifier Mii's
ATTENTION - The modifications you do on your Mii's will go back to normal after leaving the Maker, this Plugin is just for fun not for Corrupted Mii's.
