I may be in the minority when I say this(especially here), but I am just keeping SXos on both my switches..forever.

And for someone who mentioned not needing HDD support because its only works docked...no one wants to carry around on their SD cards, all the dance games, 32 gig diablo3 and shit tons of games that we've already finished or isnt relevant anymore at that current time. I just keep it on the HDD(like my old wii). I dont need to re-install it or looks for it again, all of it is just there as a part of my library.

having the ability to dock your switch and have access to all the games ever made for the switch is pure joy.
The cheats make it even more of a joy. Its always been about paying for the convenience.

I believe the switch AND SXOS has served its purpose.
To me.. There arent too many games left after 3d world for me to stay on the switch.
BOTW2 will most likely hit with switch pro which Ill get because thats what i do for my kids.

I even picked up a 3rd switch and that build a bear toy because my daughter adores animal crossing(mostly fomo).
For an old swashbuckling pirate like me...Even after using fitgirl/dodi/empress rzr1191 reloaded cpy codex, etc, etc and all the goods of having a PC with a 2080ti,

I main the series X now,
just because I now stream it to my work pc to play, to my phone with kishi(not really anymore becasue I stream to pc)..and I just love, like really love the quick resume feature because Im busy as shit.

Hold start on the controller, tv turns on and I am exactly where I left off for sure in like 3-4 of the last AAA games Ive played..
gamepass has been cheap enough, and used games on ebay cheap enough where I dont feel like Im burning away money on software.

Again I now pay for convenience (i must be f____ getting old)

at work playing vahalla I picked up for 25 bucks on ebay

list me some games I HAVE to have atmos to play on the switch.. exactly.
But I wouldnt doubt sxos..

theyll most likely updates to 12.0 or whatever is next for the bluetooth headset support
If they copy atmos codes to do it, or if they have completely vanished

it wont ruffle my feathers as to me it wont really make a difference

im going to stfu now

I would just stick with SXOS until games come out that don't run on 11.0.0. 11.0.1 didn't change the master key so new games are still playable on 11.0.0. If no more SXOS updates are released you will eventually need to switch to Atmosphere but considering TX did update SXOS after Max and Gary were arrested I don't think that it's dead yet.

AMS has hdd support if you use Xor's sys-module, it can't load XCIs though.
How the cheat support?
Is it easy to search for values and use any plug in?

I will just use both, I created 2 resized 6gb emunands, one for sx os and another for atmos. So I have both CFW independent from each other on the same SD card and can switch between them on the spot. Anything that needs fw <11.0 i will just play it with sx and xcis, anything new with atmos.

As both emunands are only 6gb in size they are very easy to maintan. Backup and restoring is very quick, 6gb gives me 3.39 gb of free storage for saves on each CFW, I think thats more than enough.
