Hello, is it possible to convert a nintendo switch mod .ips file to .pchtxt format. Thanks.

Never heard of a pchtxt file before. How about telling us more about it?

Edit: Never mind, I found what it was. And I think this is what you want: https://github.com/3096/ipswitch/blob/master/scripts/ips2pchtxt.py
