ROM Hack Yo-Kai Watch 2 USA cheats

Like I said, I didn't do anything with it. I downloaded the .txt file that was posted here and turned it into a .plg I didn't mess with the codes since I didn't create them.
It seems I have found a code for Yo-Kai Watch 2 to have 99x of all items you own (the one in the OP doesn't work for me... I have all items but none gets at 99x) but it is for EUR regions...
EDIT : Nevermind the EUR code convert. The following code works, but only maxes out the first 253 items you have. Is there a way to improve or edit it so all 400 items get maxed? I do not care if the new code(s) have multiple parts that must be enabled to fully work.
