Is it safe to play local multiplayer with a banned Switch and a normal Switch?

My Switch is hacked and banned and my daughter got a Switch for Xmas and she wants to play local multiplayer between the Switches but Im afraid her Switch will get banned from communicating with mine.....so is it safe?

Local multiplayer is fine, yeah. They don't ban local, and they don't ban people for playing with a banned Switch, either.

There should be no issue. You'll get banned if you hack your Switch and Nintendo finds out about it not when you play multi-player games with others. I used to play Diablo 3 on my hacked banned switch with my legit switch so I could transfer items back and forth. My legit switch is still not banned.

Think about it: Nintendo bans people for breaking their Terms of Service and hacking is a violation of said terms. Do you see anywhere in those Terms of Service that you cannot play with a hacked console? Even if it isn't, how would playing with a hacked console be on the same level as hacking a console?

Hi, is there any risk of ban if I do some exchanges on ACNH between CFW Switch hack and normal switch ? with local multiplayer.

I wan't to import some stuff with cheat (V1 hack) on my legit island (OLED) or do some exgange on pokemon.

There is problem with using hacked switch and communicating to ofw switch. ofw switch will not get banned. Im using my hacked switch and transferring all shiny pokemons and items generated by PKHex going to OFW switch.
