You will be receiving a C&D from Nintendo soon. Numerous Nintendo Switch software & hardware projects have been shut down due to GBATEMP. The admins of this website have no problem handing over your personal information to Nintendo.

I doubt Nintendo's lawyers rely on GBAtemp's admins to get information on members. They can investigate on their own, without anybody's help. He just needs to be discreet with his service, and not advertise openly. At least not on the internet. I don't think installing just for his family, friends and acquaintances would bring Nintendo's fury.

I've told modders before and will tell them again. Don't take orders from people you don't feel are trust worthy. Use the Sale section of the forum to be extra sure. Nintendo have bought infringing products before to get said adress and evidence.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
