Hacking Question Should i fear brick code from SX core now that xecuter's sued and likely dead?

You are a very nasty person and I hope for your sake when it comes to karma you have never pirated a game in your entire life otherwise you reap what you sow and you're a hypocrite. Nice conspiracy theory thrown in that they'd be able to go after hundreds of thousands of people who simply bought sx os and I'm pretty sure it's not a crime just to purchase it they would have to prove you pirated.

I highly doubt you here. Nintendo don't get ownership of something without it going via courts first. A judgement have to be made before it can be handed over. I also know for a fact that one of the resellers talked with Gary and not Max or the China dude. So your information is a bit misleading here.

Max is a french citizen currently in France. France forbid any extradition of its own citizens. He will never be judged in the US.
Moreover, Nintendo sued him in france in 2009 for selling DS linkers, but he wins (but finally lost in 2011) .
