Is there a work around for Nintendont to work with a Wii U HDD and a GC/Wii drive attached at the same time?

I've tried doing my research, and it seems like older posts (and the official Nintendont post) say it isn't possible, some saying with a cIOS it IS possible, one post even says "PSA Nintendont can be used with Wii U HDD now", many others suggest injections, BUT, after scanning posts, I still can't find a definitive answer.

I can't/don't want to go the injection route, because I would go over the 300 limit and I like having the covers inside USB Loader GX. I also cannot do SD card because I don't have an SD card that large.

I'm getting a (DSI) error when I try to load a Gamecube game with the Wii U drive attached, but no problems when it's disconnected.

I have tried switching ports, but it seems USB Loader GX only reads my Wii/GC games when the Wii/GC drive is attached to the top rear port, and the Wii U drive is attached to the bottom rear port (Wii U reads it's drive in either port). I've read that a certain cIOS may allow me to swap ports. Would this allow me to use both drives at the same time? I really don't want to have to unplug or turn off my Wii U drive every time I want to play a Gamecube game. I also understand that the Nintendont Dev team specifically say they don't support this, but I don't care about Homebrew breaking. I just want a Wii U drive and WII/GC drive, simultaneously, if possible. Thanks in advance and sorry if this has been answered, I couldn't find it, and I definitely looked.

There is no other option but the injection route.

Otherwise you have to use two hard drives one for Wii U one for Wii/GC. And you would have to use ustealth to have them hooked up at the same time and both need y-cables.

Excuse me after re-reading it sounds like the 2nd option is what you want. So yes you use ustealth.

I have two powered drives (no y cables needed) and the Wii/GC drive is already "hidden" with uStealth. I guess I should have been more clear. The issue is that Nintendont throws an error when the Wii U drive is plugged in. Works just fine when it's not. I read this:

"• Nintendont crash when I have a WiiU Hard Drive connected at the same time:
Change the port of your drives.
Connect WiiU HDD to port 0 and the hard drive with your gamecube games to a higher USB Port.

You may require to use cIOS d2x v10-alt (beta53) if you want to list Gamecube games from an external loaders. v10-alt is required to access port1 with cIOS.
Alternatively, you can enable IOS58 in your external loader to list Port1 instead of installing cIOS."

And wondered if this worked for anyone. Also, what is the latest cIOS or IOS I need to enable to have both USB ports read? As I said, USB Loader GX only reads when the Wii/GC drive is connected to the top rear port.
