CBHC is the same as Haxchi, except it autoboots when you power on the Wii U. You can use Haxchi without using CBHC. Haxchi and CBHC require a legitimately purchased DS game. Using the browser to run Mocha only requires the internet browser itself.

3DS emulation will never happen on the Wii U. DS VC is present, however.

You can use Nintendont to play GameCube games using the Wii U Gamepad, and you can use Nintendont to store GameCube games on the Wii U NAND/HDD as if they were Wii VC games.
