Eduke32 Wii is based on a very old build, so I doubt it supports Ion Fury.

you could try to make a copy of apps/eduke32 (e.g. apps/eduke32-ion_fury)
Then copy fury.def, fury.grp and fury.grpinfo in that folder.
Then edit the meta.xml file, changing the argument section like so:
<arguments>
<arg>-fury.grp</arg>
</arguments>

But as I said, it probably won't work.
