This just means your sd is not setup to have any programs to load. Did you put any program on your SD card for HBL to load?

You have to put the apps in the correct location on your sd card. And make sure it is correctly formatted. FAT32/32K Cluster Size
Apps: sd://wiiu/apps/
We dont know what you are trying to do. This thread is about an exploit, which allows you to access HBL. This part worked.
Everything else you need to do, you'll need to place on your sd card.

Yes. A compatible legit ds vc game. A pirated game will not work.
Haxchi is not something you download. Haxchi is purchasing a compatible DS game from the eshop, and using the haxchi program on HBL to install it over that game. That's how haxchi works.

Haxchi is an entrypoint for using a "cfw" on a wii u. It is easily downloadable, but useless if you don't have a compatible game or a non legit game.
I know. I am describing how it works. The way he said seemed like he thought it was just a program to install and done.
