Hacking I fear my 3ds sd card is corrupted, I want to fix the problem but I don't know what to do.

My 3ds has been randomly crashing during games and sometimes doesn't boot up at all unless I eject and reinsert the sd card back into the console. I think these are signs of corruption, though I'm not completely sure. Can someone instruct me on how to approach and fix this problem? How to fix a corrupted custom cfw (luma, gm9, b9s) sd card, and still retain all the original data stored on both the sd card and internal storage? All the data is still intact on the sd card.
