This does not write anything to your save, and therefore is safe to use online.

How does it work ? I don't understand how you can predict the price of turnips, unless the trend is already predetermined according to the initial price?

Thank you! This is extremely easy to use and does what it's supposed to do perfectly. 1 small thing though, maybe you could display the dates and times in the graph so it properly shows what it's actually displaying, but even then, maybe the graph is unnecessary.

Neat! This should be easier than dumping my save to NHSE to check these every Sunday.

btw it's "Saturday"

This was fixed already.

Sadly the lib I'm using is very limited as to what it can do with graphs. I guess i could write my own widget, but honestly it's too much of an effort for something that, as you said, adds very little value.

As I've said elsewhere I'm not too keen on making an overlay because it might access the save at the same time the game does, possibly leading to corruption.
I see. I understand. If you need help with a German translation, let me know :) Very nice App.

Glad you got it fixed. Fyi though, AMS 0.15.5 doesn't exist yet. The latest version is 0.12.0 and was released just today.

Cool stuff, thanks!

(Out of, ahem, curiosity, does anyone know if there's a similar tool for New Leaf that can check turnip prices ahead of time?)

So apparently, when you try to open the .nro when you have Animal Crossing running in the background with a loaded save, it will immediately crash back to the Homebrew menu. When Animal Crossing is running, but you are in the main menu of the game, the app starts up just fine. Just a little fyi for anyone who experiences the same

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol

I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol
