I put some SNES games on an ad and then booted them with DSI Twilight menu. Though when I looked for them on my ad they would not show up. I am in version 7.3.0. Can anyone help me with this?

Your ROMs should have either .smc or .sfc at the end for them to show up.
If you already launched one of them, do you see "ROM.SMC" in the SNEmulDS's ROM menu?

they are all in sfc format. Also when I updated Twilight Menu++ the snes emulator and the mega drive emulator button dissapeared from the top of the menu. As well as that when I try to launch snesenulds manually it does not show any folders or anything.

You have to launch the ROMs from the TWLMenu++ GUI now.

Hi, I'm a bit new to this forum. I have a question about the RetroArch emulator. When I download the rom and open with the emulator I don't have sound? I try to reset the settings and configuration but the sound is still missing. at first, when I -snip- everything was fine but now the sound is missing.

Hello.:)

nds-bootstrap loads the launched ROM into a RAM disk, which SNEmulDS uses, so you currently can't save.

I did not think something has changed since 2019.:(

Thank you.:)

sorry consecutive questions I'm a little new to this, I have some questions

What is sram and can you save games with it?
Is there any way, in some future to save the games?
Is there a project to fix this?

SRAM is static random access memory. A form of RAM that uses very little power. It has been commonly used in old game cartridges to allow saving the progress as long as the internal battery of the cartridge lasts (usually decades!!).

When talking about emulators SRAM is just a file - where the emulator puts the content that would go into the SRAM chip inside the real game. Emulators usually allow two kinds of saving: SRAM like the real game and save states (complete content of the RAM of the emulated console) to save at any location - even if the original game had no saving function at all.

As far as I know the SNES emulator still does not allow saving from TWiLight Menu++. And this emulator is (in my opinion) not very good anyway. Consider using another device for better SNES emulation. On a 2|3DS for example snes9x running in 3DS mode gives very good results.

Good luck and have fun!

You can download dsiware games for the twilight menu, and if you can, is there a page where you can download some dsi ware? Or is there already a pack to download it in the dsi? Could you pass me a link please
