Yes with you app, i look again and put the message
"Failed to start shutdown"

EDIT : sorry i don't remember to launch with applet mode :) sorry, it work perfectly with the nsp installed in home
Does it not say in the app if you’re in applet mode? I thought I added something like that. If not, I’ll add it

For no problems
For no message you have to launch the hbmenu with R+game and it's ok
- No message alert
- "A" it's ok the switch power off

2 problems (launch with shortcut nsp installed in home) but switch shutdown
- 1) The message say to relaunch
- 2) "B" don't work to close (launch by home maybe because of thsi)
- "A" it's ok the switch power off

Yeah it displays the wraning correctly at the top "This is not an application". You cannot exit the applcation when launching it as a nsp because that's how hbl works. Same thing will happen if you load hbm and press + to exit, it'll just reload itself.

I made the app anyway, here it is.

https://github.com/ITotalJustice/Off-Switch/releases/tag/v1.0

Extract the zip to your sd card, launch the app with title override. I also added an option to reboot the switch, because why not :D

Are you capable of making a homebrew app that allows someone to remap their buttons on controllers other than Nintendo's on newest firmware 10.0.2? AFAIK there used to be one that no longer works on newer firmwares. Nintendo made it on newest firmware where you can remap buttons but it's only for their controllers. I have an arcade stick that needs a different button and it would help other people I'm sure.
