So basically I have very recently bought a Switch Lite form eBay. The seller said that it was working and then it was dropped and it stopped working. I’ve taken it apart and everything looks okay from what I can see. However it doesn’t power on.
When I plug it in to charge it there’s a very faint and high pitched noise, like a beeping noise that seems to happen every two seconds. When it’s plugged in the fan also spins every so often for a few seconds and then it stops spinning again.
The front screen of the switch seems okay, but if you look at it in the light I think that the lcd might be cracked. That’s the only thing that I can see that I think might be wrong with it.
I’ve tried to listen for any system sounds incase the Switch is booting up but the display just isn’t showing anything but I can’t hear anything. When I plug it into my computer my computer doesn’t make any kind of acknowledgment that it’s connected (with my regular switch it makes a noise to suggest that the computer knows that it has been connected).
