Hacking Bricked old-3ds with arm9 and was eploited with soundhax (LOST FILES)

Hi, for the longest time I had my black onyx Nintendo 3ds and had sound hax exploit with arm9. getting that out of the way I recently had a pc that completely formatted my sd card for no reason. I know My system is Hardbricked since whenever I tried to turn it on a blue light would flash but would never go from there, the screen doesn't even turn on. Is there any way to fix this, or should I just replace the motherboard. (MAYBE WRONG BUT) last version it had was 11.3.0-36u

Actually your system isn't "hardbricked", grab arm9loaderhax.bin from here and boot.firm from here and put both the files on your sd root. After that insert your sd card into your 3ds and try powering on

Copy everything off the SD card to a computer.
Quadruple reformat.
Full Write + Verify the empty card in H2testw. Do not skip.
If the card passes, delete the *.h2w test files.
- A reported error requires replacing the hardware failed SD card and going back to step 1.
Copy everything from step 1 back to the SD card.

If the o3DS still fails to properly read & write to the SD card despite reformatting it to the correct settings and checking its hardware condition, your SD slot reader may need to be replaced.
