I'd like to be able to play Super Mario 64 DS on my PC with the save from my flashcart but I'm not sure if there are any emulators that allow that.

No$GBA can do it if you configure it to use raw saves. But No$GBA is not exactly a great emulator for DS games. Better use a tool to convert the save to a format DesMuMe or MelonDS supports.

Desmume->file->import backup memory, and does all the required conversions automatically, to convert that back to sav, if you need it, do export backup memory instead

SHUNYWEB SAVE GAME CONVERTER! Just convert save games between emulators and real DS games!

http://www.shunyweb.info/convert.php

Anyway, Desmume have import save games from other emulators OR export save games into other emulator.
Thanks, I thought that would be long gone by now. Couldn't remember the name of it or I would have suggested it.
