from Kirlia (male and female) you can evolve it to Gardevoir by leveling up. But only male Kirlia can evolve to Gallade by using Dawn stone. And male Gardevoir has a huge meme out there which direct Gardevoir can be a TRAP XD

To be fair 100% catch is busted. It doesn't always work. In fact a lot of these cheats are broken but this thread is moving so fast that when they get reported as not working it gets buried. I couldn't get the HP, PP, BP, Max all items, or 100% catch working consistently if ever at all.
It might be in this threads best interest if TC tested and compiled all the working cheats and maybe edit the post to reflect what is currently working and what still is needed.
100 percent seems to only not work for the first pokemon after enabling it, then it does from then on until reboot. At least in my experience, otherwise, I do agree with you.

although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)

If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.

and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
