5€ is kinda cheap for TX prices
but nevertheless im kinda happy this is slowly being confirmed, my patched switch appreciate that, cant wait to use ScummVM on my switch ans play Monkey Island again.

Yeah, just read it, its in Portuguese and very clear that its only for pre-order, thx anyway. Will be keeping a close eye on this.

And for it to be released before new year, thats less than 2 months from now, if this is true there must be some TX announcement coming and very soon.

Quick question, what are the chances of the 9.0 firmware of the switch getting cracked?
And by any chance this new exploit by TX happens to be real. What firmware would it be on?
Cuz I just got handed a switch only it's an ipatched one with the latest update.

9.0.x (or hell, any firmware for that matter) has zero useful software exploits that would allow for full CFW, any hax would have to be in the hardware/bootrom

I can't post links because im still a newcomer but another official reseller flashcarda from canada is with the pre order open.

Edit1: nx-card from USA is with the pre order too
Edit 2: nx-card also has this on the pre-order page:

who knows but it can be 8.0.1 or 8.0.0 (i think this is more possible) or (if we are lucky ) higher but as i said nobody knows besides th(if this hack exists

My guess is it will be a digital download for software that requires to buy an additional separate license.

I just hate this all will be closed source

If it's indeed possible to hack the new stuff - there will be a public method eventually. There always has been in the past.
