I'm sorry I've made a mistake in the file you have downloaded, I have left in editor.cfg the path I use on my virtual pc. You have two options :
1) redownload it
2) edit with notepad editor.cfg and change original_rom value to None (not u'None', not 'None', just None)

About the expander, it's not needed anymore. I think a expanded rom could be loaded into the editor but you would not benefit from it.

I thought that one of the point of making an opensource editor instead of just releasing patches is that 1) anyone can translate 2) anyone is a beta-tester.

Yeah I am kinda dumb about compurter geek stuff. But im part black so i can say "Niggah" as i please, It's not like i'm a hillbilly who says it in a "vulgar" matter. So that would be very sad to get a warning level raised for saying somthing im allowed...

Bug in game...

After using unstable version 0.6.7 in Windows, and patching the rom, I encountered a bug in the auction part of the game.

This is the first time in the game for the auction to occur for me.

my save

It is in Supercard (Lite) 512 kB ... I guess the R4/M3 Simply compatible...

To get to this bug,

First go to the Camoa Town
Go to Auction
Keep Pressing A until you see 133:21 in a Red Box
*There should be 4 option choices below, but since there is no text, I cant see them.
Press A, and it'll say 133:22 in a chat box.
It should go back to 133:21 again.
Press Down and then A for 133:23
Press Down Down A for 133:24
Press Down Down Down A for 133:25 and then Down A for 133:26

Hit Participation
Finish one round
Skip the next two rounds

After he talks about some things depending on how well you do

After message 44:77? (I think it is this, but not sure)
The game freezes. I cant hit anything at all.

Got it working.

Question: When will graphics hacking come?

The only thing I can see that hampers the ability to enjoyably play the game currently is the Job listing still being in Japanese.

This causes a lot of equipment-guesswork for me, and I'd hack the graphcis myself if it was possible.

You don't have enough ram. But it's not really a problem, because it's an error of the old patcher/expander and we have moved to another stuff. So people stop reporting bug or problems for previous versions....

I had a freeze in auction too, but it seems to have been fixed. Have you tried with the bleeding edge translation ?

As I've said before (in IRC I think), source releases will be the only thing left for the next versions of the editor. People are free to do binary releases but it carries too much troubles for me as I work on a mac. And I've decidied to make patche releases for the translation, with t a binary patcher.
