This is incorrect. TWLoader was an app made for the 3DS. TWiLightMenu++ was formerly known as SRLoader and DSiMenu++ though.

This isn't totally incorrect as it was made as a rewrite of TWLoader made by the same author for 3DS and DS..

No, it was a completely different program made by the same person. TWLoader and TWiLightMenu++ are both frontends for nds-bootstrap, just TWLoader was for the 3DS and SRLoader/DSiMenu++/TWiLightMenu++ was for the DSi. Eventually TWLoader was discontinued as TWiLightMenu++ works fine on a 3DS, as well as replicating the feel of the DSi Menu more closely. It was also less work only having to work on a single menu rather than two.

The timebomb can be stopped by setting time back on 3ds system clock or it has to be from ds and where it is on 3ds? Or it is only posible to stop it on a ds?

On the 3DS, the same clock is used between the 3DS and DS. Simply set your 3DS clock back and the DS clock will be set back accordingly, allowing the timebomb to be bypassed.

Weird question but, is there any down side at all to rewind the 3ds clock?
Will some features be blocked?

It's possible to fix the issue after the timebomb initiates the payload, right?

Okay. No card bricking. Thank you very much for answering my noob question, because I wanted to keep default, but the problem is it takes a bit longer for every program to allow you to select things.

However, keep in mind that games that use time-based events (like Animal Crossing) can be a bit broken by changing the time...

Yeah, I figured so. Booted up some old games I haven't played in a while on my 3ds and they all complained that I was messing with the clock because it was at least a year since I last played them.

Sorry to bring back an old topic. I would like to ask a few things...

1. What really happens when the time runs out using a time bomb card?
Does the card stop working suddenly? Does it show any message?
So, if a user doesn't know about time bomb, is he supposed to think that the card is broken to buy another one?

2. To bypass time bomb can we reapply the FW over and over again to reset the timebomb?

3. How many time will it take to time bomb runs out? Months? Years?

This is just curiosity!
Thanks

1. A timebomb will just prevent your flashcart to boot after a certain date on your system... Along with showing an error message. This is, effectively, a case of planned obsolescence, unaware buyers would think their cart got corrupted and that they should buy another one...

2. There are a lot of ways to bypass the timebomb: Changing your DS date, flashing YSMenu, updating your kernel to get more time... (Just look at page 2 where i listed all of them i think...)

3. It depends on the cart, if you want to know if your cart is affected, try changing your ds time to something in 2024 or later... On a regular use, a timebomb could be seen like 2-3 years after you bought it...
