Hey Everyone i'll try to detail this as much as i can.
So yesterday I was playing Xenoblade 2 in docked mode and received this message :"Your console is too hot and needs to shut down" before the console automatically went into sleep mode. I brushed it off as being normal since the game looks quite intensive for this small baby. 30 minutes or so later when it cooled off I fired up BotW in which i could play for days in dock mode without any problem but got the message again within an hour or so.
I started looking online for solutions and found out that the fan was most likely dead and needed to be replaced but i can hear mine when games are running and can feel a little bit of airflow too. Just noticed that the joycons stopped charging even if they are being detected are these 2 issues somewhat related ? Don't really want to send it back to Nintendo since I have CFW installed onto it. Any advice ?
Thank you.
