The link is for CDJ, the tool on PC. CDJNX is the tool on the switch itself. He can try to use that with 5.1 firmware and see if that boots up.

In the link says its only to 5.1 if u want more use NX its says in tutorial xD i think the only optión is to update 5.1 and try hekate for skipe fuses

I've upgraded from 4.1 to 7.0.1 using ChoidujourNX and didn't have any trouble. How are fw versions above 5 not supported?

Choidujour hasn't been updated to work with newer versions, only ChoidujourNX has. Unfortunately NX requires you to be able to boot your switch in the first place.

I have a vague feeling that everyone who tries to downgrade but doesn't tick the box to reset their settings has this problem. I think there is a way to get the switch to boot by using the dongle to bypass the switch count and then going into safe mode and initialize console. But I may be wrong, I've seen a load of forum posts but I've never had to do it myself.

If you downgraded using choiNX and you forgot to perform a factory reset right after the downgrade then you will be softbricked. Just perform a factory reset using the recovery mode and try to boot cfw again after.

You should start fresh...
format your sdcard to fat32
install atmosphere
go into rcm
push fusee-primary while holding buttons for maintenance mode

If you have done this correct, you will boot into maintenance mode. Do a factory reset, reboot and you should be good.
However, as you are told in every good tutorial, you surely made a backup before doing stupid things. Just restore that backup of 8.1.0 and you can try again.
