ROM Hack Could we make a bypass for the "link nintendo account" thing on bloodstained, ect?

Could a cheat be made or something, just to bypass the "link nintendo account" thing on games like bloodstained? Really dont wanna connect online or erase all my saves.... I know there's also the hacdiskmount option, but seems to me there should just be a flag we need to set to get these games working.

https://github.com/Povstalez/Kefir-Updater/releases. Backup your save with checkpoint (not edizon the patch break something about it ) Install the patch . Lose saves . Restore save from backup .

You got edizon to work ?? Cause i have all my save in edizon but not in checkpoint (made the mistake of not knowing it would mess with edizon )

Yep. Might be helpful, from another thread:

check the save files with devmenu, use the "minus" button and delete every save of user "n/a". when every save of n/a is gone, edizon works again and you should be able to restore the saves to your new profile.

Thanks. Took a long time to delete all of them but totally worth it. Got my zelda mario etc save xD.

Maybe I got the filename wrong but I tried editing the SwitchEngine.ini to remove needing a linked account but it doesn't seem to trigger.

Why can't we just make a cheat that sets the check for nintendo account linked to true? Eraseing my saves is a hassle :/

With checkpoint it's really easy to backup saves.

Kefir connects to devs ftp server to pull 1 switch profile that replaces all profiles on your switch.
That has a linked account included

I guess that's right. You could rename the profile back to what your one was called and restore your saves if you were so inclined

If you mean this popup that shows before even running game, then cheat is not possible to apply. System needs to be patched if it's possible to avoid it, not game.

It also sucks that kefir makes you go online, I'd prefer not to take my switch out of airplane mode.

May i ask how can you make it work? I deleted all N/A save data by using Devmenu, but Edizon still show "No games or saves found on this system..." now i'm so confused.

I remember there was a way to faked the account linking, i dont remember how.
It was something like replacing some files of the profile with modified ones, and the account would appare as linked in all games.

Yes, with hacdiskmount, still requires you to erase all saves.
