Hacking NTRBOOTHAX Black Screen

Hi everyone, I have now bought an old 3ds xl and I want to install the CFW, I want to use ntrboothax and I'm using a R4 gold plus r4ids.cn but when I go to put the magnet and make the combination and turn on, the 3ds stays on the screen black and with the blue led, how do I fix?

Make sure you have the correct file on the micro sd, and you might have to try multiple time for it to trigger it.

And what happens when you remove the magnet while on the black screen?

2)Always stuck on black screen.

That is your 3DS SD card and not your R4 one correct? The files need to go on the 3DS SD card.
Edit: Also the card needs to be FAT32 formatted.

Well, it's definitely loading ntrboot otherwise you would see the home menu when removing the magnet.

3ds hacks guide website should help with setting up nrtboot.

Sometimes it happens that it turns off, sometimes it freezes, when I had my old 3ds, ntrboothax worked perfectly so I know how it works and I'm using that guide.

P.S: When I start 3ds normally, the message appears that I removed the SD, I press A and reappears, I press a and it reappears indefinitely.

P.S 2: it is SD problem.

Fixed, it was problem of the SD adapter that was broken.

That happens. They're not the most sturdy things. Good thing you get one with almost every MicroSD purchase.

The problem is that all my SD cards are 4GB, the micro SD card is 8GB but it doesn't go in my 3DS, I couldn't backup sysnand for this problem.

Is that the only adapter you have? I think I have at least 12 of them. A few of them don't work reliably 100% of the time requiring ejecting and reinserting the MicroSD a few times to get it to be recognized, but all of them still work well enough to be used.
