Yep, got all the assets, even the official fonts.
This was working with an earlier build, it's just been broken for me recently.
If it was working on a previous build, I recommend you bring this issue up in either the Libretro repo for PPSSPP, or go into the RetroNX Discord and bring it up to m4xw.
I recommend doing both so that the issue is known and documented as well.

I hear people saying n64 emulation runs pretty smoothly for them but my smash bros runs pretty badly and laggy, mario kart 64 is the one that runs best for me. I also cannot run games like dissidia final fantasy for psp. I think it might have to do with the version I'm on? I have no idea which one it is. I got a nsp from a random site and I highly doubt it's the latest one. But I hear it's not a good idea to run retroarch as nro. What do you guys do?

Don't run NSPs, use title redirection from Atmosphere by pressing R when booting a game, and only a game, not an applet.
Also, if you still lag, try overclocking a bit

Oh I'm using SX OS myself though, so don't know how that'd work. I also overclocked at maximum but n64 runs pretty laggy for me. Heard they fixed and boosted its emulation a lot with latest builds.

@stellarr It works the same way like ShadowOne333 explained.

Install a .nsp game to your switch. Select the installed .nsp game, press and hold R shoulder button and start the game with A. You can stop pressing R shoulder button when the homebrew browser appears on your screen.

Mario 64 runs for me absolutely smooth without overclocking.

I don't think I quite understand, my games are not installed as .nsp games, they are installed in the retroarch library and I can't press and/or hold R because it acts as a "down button", the menu won't stay still when I try to run a game. I always overclock to play n64 and none of them run too smooth.

When you hold R on a nsp game that's been installed and start it, it will give you extra Ram. That Ram is needed for N64 and PSP to run smoothly.

If you just access Retroarch from the album you're not getting the extra ram. You have to either hold R on an nsp and it will take you to homebrew menu and launch from there, or install Retroarch nsp.

And yes that applies to you using SX OS.

I think you are misunderstanding.
First off, usage of SX OS with RetroArch is highly discouraged, because most of the feedback and support is being done through Atmosphere only.

Second, when we say NSP, we mean no homebrew app NSPs, as in no NSP forwarders or anything of sorts.
When we say that you should launch RetroArch through a game, that's literally what we mean.
If you have an installed game like Pokemon Quest or any other, if you are using Atmosphere, you can press and hold R when you launch the game (Pokemon Quest for this example), and instead of opening up the game, the Switch will open up the Homebrew Launcher alongside its list of apps. This is called "title redirection".

From here, you need to go to RetroArch and play like this.
The reason why we are using this method to run RetroArch is because if you don't, RetroArch won't have the required amount of RAM needed for certain cores to work properly, like N64, PSX and PPSSPP.
That's why we are telling you to use Atmosphere alongside title redirection, because otherwise heavy 3D cores won't work decently at all.

You need at least one game installed via .nsp or you can not launch homebrew launcher with full memory access. full memory access is mandatory to run N64 games via retroarch.

btw: not all N64 games run smooth with emulator

A bit off topic but does anyone know a way to see what games are installed on the internal hardrive, not the sd card
Data management from system settings will probably tell you whether a game is on internal storage or SD.
External drive support is bein worked on for atmosphere, and once that's done (no eta) I'd expect retroarch to support loading roms from there.
