No, you don't need to do that. I am on 3.41 but update to REBUG 4.81 then download REBUG 4.82 and update it again. No problem. Been doing it for over 5 years. Loved Rebug team!
Ok from what I've deciphered, I am on a CEX console (I only have two options when I click on System update) and I am currently on REBUG 4.81.
So I have obtained the REBUG 4.84.2 REX EDITION and now I just rename that file to PS3UPDAT.PUP and then install via storage media on the PS3?

You re correct. Don't forget to install the latest REBUG_TOOLBOX_02.03.02. too. It is at Rebug and they released it separate if you didn't know that.
I totally forgot about psn patch. Without it, you will be banned. Makes sense. I thought you mean without it, impossible. LOL! Thanks.

I think all in my Pi 4 was well north of 200 bucks 150ish for the Pi 4 the case the fancy cooler, then like 70 for the 500GB MicroSD then like 70 for the Xbox controller. But honestly it's a nice set up I really enjoy and to me was worth every penny. (even bought more controllers for 2 or 4 player games.) hmmm have never played any 2 player games yet

Yeah that's what I hate about the RPi, it's supposedly $30 or something but it takes an additional $200 of accessories to actually turn it into a working something.

Yeah a lot of it I consider a hobby, using Batocera I am constantly adjusting the collection adding and removing stuff, scraping the artwork. Haven't even started on some music for the theme... Also way down the road I am considering attempting to do a WiiFlow knock off lol
