Im not sure right off. But it will likely be whole system / NNID ban.
For badge arcade, you wil get badge arcade ban, this was the case when they start banning us, but now they may ban all online except the eshop.
what kind are they? Anything that changes the amount of plays ya got WILL get you banned.
dont really matter. no ones going to code anything for this. its still likely the one hot zone for nintendo watching on this console.
