I might have done an oopsie so hear me out guys,
uninstalled luma with a rar contaning b9s and gm9 script and now my 3ds LL wont boot.
the blue light stays on and everything but no boot, tried doing the recovery mode, tried new sd card, tried booting with nothing inserted etc.
is this done or recoverable? if its pooped i will just buy another used 3ds but if its fixable somehow it would be a help.

What guide did you follow to uninstall your CFW?
Can your system boot with the boot.firm in the SD card?
Do you have an NTRBoot compatible flashcart?
this youtube video

i cant boot with the boot.firm in sd anymore unfortunately and flashcarts i only have the gateway cards but i havent used them in a while since my sysnand is up to date.

Please don't follow Youtube tutorials, for future referance always follow The Guide

If your system softlocks with a blue LED, then you have bricked your system and you will either need a hardmod or an NTRboot cart.
I suggest your buy an NTRBoot compatible cart and use that to fix your system, I personally suggest the R4i Gold Plus as it already has NTRBoot pre-flashed onto the cart and you can easily switch between NTRBoot and NDS Mode through an actual hardware switch.

Start GM9 and restore a full nand backup from your console, or a ctrtransfer image (which effectively is someone else's ctrnand backup minus the console specific files)

The flashcard itself does nothing except running an arm9 homebrew (depending on what you flash, it's usually B9S which then loads GM9 from the console's SD, or GM9 directly)

ctrtransfer is a feature built into GM9, of course you will have to give it a file to flash - which you can find (for example) on Plailect's guide
