ROM Hack Is there any sort of way to cheat Earthbound On the 3ds Virtual console. Like maybe an Ntr plugin?

I've been having a lot of trouble getting to the debug menu in Earthbound on the 3ds Virtual Console so I thought screw it and hows about I just cheat the game. I can't find a plugin nor any sort of obvious cheat but if there is some sort of detailed way to get to debug menu in this version that would help a lot as well. I already got to the corner in Onett using the Skip sandwich method and I've been checking for like 2 hours and I have nothing. Some say they already got to it so I know this works. Maybe It has to be pixel perfect?

Thanks a bunch for the help but unfortunately the game I was talking about was Earthbound for the 3ds virtual console, which originates from the Snes. Again thanks for the help. (I think I won't drink when I'm old enough...

Anyway, you should drink (when you're older) because you kind of didn't get what I was doing for you: putting you on the right path to solve your problem or a finer understanding of life something words.

TL;DR
Drink, because your brain will be fine.
Check that reddit, which will make you think about injecting saves or......yeah, just inject your save.

Just get the blank plugin and use that to make your own cheats, very easy to use and works for pretty much any simple stuff and even more advanced ones. However, I do highly advise you to just play the GBA versions, much better really even if you miss out on VC features...

PS: What do you even want to cheat for though when the game is so easy as-is? All you need to do is spend like 15-20 mins after getting a new party member every time grinding them to an acceptable point then continuing normally
