Just check if all drivers are updated, and if you’re on the latest windows update (maybe?)I have a msi gt75 with full rgb keyboard and dont have that, its a steel series rgb keyboard if thats any help
Try going to their site and installing it manuallyAllow me to elaborate. My keyboard doesn't change colors anymore. I already tried updating drivers, but one specific driver (MSI EPF USB) encounters problem with installing the driver. It even say windows has found the driver.
When I got the computer I tried replacing my Bluetooth driver. I accidentally screwed up a video driver when doing that but have since fixed it. I think I screwed up this driver at the same time.
You see id love to but it's not on their site. I can't find it on the internet anywhereTry going to their site and installing it manually

It’s not me with the problem bud, but I have a desktop with a MSI b350 tomahawk motherboard, so I know how difficult drivers are to deal withwhat msi laptop (please excact model no.) do you have since it's the mainbord USB xhci driver causing the issue.

what excact laptop model number do you have? since it's most likely caused in the usb 3.0 xhci driver of it's mainboard, and as long as this driver isn't updated more usb failures are on thier way.You see id love to but it's not on their site. I can't find it on the internet anywhere
It's a GP63 Leopared RE. I'm at work and that's the most I can remember off the top of my headwhat excact laptop model number do you have? since it's most likely caused in the usb 3.0 xhci driver of it's mainboard, and as long as this driver isn't updated more usb failures are on thier way.
The software controls the lights but the issue (I'm pretty sure) is with the driver that software communicates with. SSE 3 can recognize my keyboard, but when I change the color in software, the keyboard doesn't adjust accordingly.its not a driver,, its software, mine is steel series 3
