I know it's a long shot, but if you have an MSI Laptop as stated in the title, please go to your device manager and tell me where "MSI EPF USB" is installed.

Had to re-read what you said. I thought you didn’t say laptop. Anyway, not knowing what the exact thing you’re having trouble with, try updating the drivers and uEFI(BIOs)

Allow me to elaborate. My keyboard doesn't change colors anymore. I already tried updating drivers, but one specific driver (MSI EPF USB) encounters problem with installing the driver. It even say windows has found the driver.

When I got the computer I tried replacing my Bluetooth driver. I accidentally screwed up a video driver when doing that but have since fixed it. I think I screwed up this driver at the same time.

Try going to their site and installing it manually

I found this but idk if it’s safe
what msi laptop (please excact model no.) do you have since it's the mainbord USB xhci driver causing the issue. most likely intel usb 3.0 xhci driver
by the way the driver link you post is for a video input (dvb-t driver)

It’s not me with the problem bud, but I have a desktop with a MSI b350 tomahawk motherboard, so I know how difficult drivers are to deal with
i repair laptops and desktop pc's and had to deal with all kinds already, i even once needed to hack a driver together out of multiple sources for a pc...

You see id love to but it's not on their site. I can't find it on the internet anywhere
what excact laptop model number do you have? since it's most likely caused in the usb 3.0 xhci driver of it's mainboard, and as long as this driver isn't updated more usb failures are on thier way.

It's a GP63 Leopared RE. I'm at work and that's the most I can remember off the top of my head

its not a driver,, its software, mine is steel series 3
The software controls the lights but the issue (I'm pretty sure) is with the driver that software communicates with. SSE 3 can recognize my keyboard, but when I change the color in software, the keyboard doesn't adjust accordingly.

check: intel's tool for driver updates
it should keep you updated with the drivers not given on msi's website
