if your tool is already relying on text file, just release the tool and a place holder text file (empty, or some examples URL redirecting to nowhere).
if you want to give pre-filled full of URL .txt file on your discord, that's your choice, but don't provide the text file with illegal URL on github.
this way, there's no problem to share the program, either on gbatemp or even everywhere else (switchbru, etc.)
people can't create such a program, but they can fill the URL themselves, it's easy. if they really can't get the URL of each firmware, then it's not to this tool to do it, your tool is a good idea and should just be that : a downloader/unpacker with a list or url, right?

Isn't it is though that it's illegal to simply update your console via unofficial means? I'm no law jerk but how would Nintendo press charges against someone merely updating their console to ofw?
i mean, the moderators are good on what they do
What i really mean, is that, nXDownload is my real project. And will benefit in the following days

I remind you that you can't share that tool here if it has hardcoding URLs.
Good luck for your project, that's just too sad you decided to make it specific to SX OS while it could have been sharable and open to everyone.
it could, for example, have been made open with no hardcoded url, and TeamXecuter could provide a version with url they edited themselves, their choice to provide any tool on their website. but closing your project to a specific team/url is (to me) too bad and closed minded as your tool will be good only to one thing. If TeamXecuter doesn't update the file to that hardcoded link, your tool become useless, while if it's open then users would be able to edit the url to any new host they know.
But, it's your choice.

I would honestly count this as a troll if it wouldn't be for the very 'interesting' person thomleg is. SX OS getting his """high quality""" code added would not only be very ironic for haters but completely ruin their reputation what would be weird after all the work they had with some credible (or less credible sometimes) people to create homebrew recently.
