First thing is to check if your switch can accept payloads. There are ipatched switch models out there that can't be hacked. This can be done by verifying the serial number or doing a payload test.You need a method to put the NSW into RCM mode.You then need to look into custom firmware (SX Pro, ReiNX or Atmosphere-Atmosphere is the only CFW that works on 6.2 OFW ATM).
I can't advize you on playing backups you don't own you will have to find out yourself. Homebrew no problem.

First of all, firmware is irrelevant. What matters more is the serial number, or date of purchase if you're really lazy. Check to see if its patched or not in this thread. If you bought it before July, its most likely not patched.
Secondly, you will need a jig or something conductive to enter RCM with but fits into your Switch's right Joy-Con rail and a USB-C cable (you also need a device to send payloads but most devices are supported).
Thirdly, the guide you want to follow will depend on which CFW you want to use. There are a total of 3 different ones that are currently available; Atmosphere, ReiNX, and SX OS. The differences between the free CFW (Atmosphere and ReiNX) are minor in comparison to the differences with the paid CFW, SX OS. SX OS has HDD support, their own cheat engine (similar to another paid product...), and EmuNAND. In exchange, some homebrew applications will have better support with the free CFW over SX OS, such as EdiZon which is a save manager/editor. Not to mention that the free CFW offer a lot more customization options to the end-user unlike SX OS which offers very little in comparison.

I've buyed my Switch in the beginn of March 2018. I've a Jig an a USB-C cable.
I dont want to play pirate games. I want to make backups by myself and play them. I know that Nintendo can (and will) ban my console, but that doesen't care me. (I dont want to go online with it.) I heard something of "make a clean Nand-Backup to restore it and have an clean? / unbaned? Switch again". Is that true?
What happens if I install ReiNX on my 4.1.0 Switch. Can I play games they need 5.0.0 and above or have I first update to 6.2.0 and wait or use Atmosphere?
Is it a good idea to make a factory reset bevore installing CFW? For now my Switch is connected with my Nintendo-Accound. How can I disconnect it?

You don't "install" ReiNX or any of the CFW as both the exploit and CFW are temporary. For games that have higher firmware requirements, you will have to update. I recommend updating your firmware with the homebrew application ChoiDujourNX as it allows you to update without burning fuses. Fuses primarily prevent downgrades so by not burning them, you maintain a path for downgrading in the future.
There are some applications that require a linked Nintendo Account so its actually worse to unlink it than to keep it linked.
