Ok wat region of 3ds will play USA rf ?
USA RF is NOT a legit region/.CIA it is a USA region .CIA SPOOFED as region free to work on all consoles. RF dump edits are moot since Luma itself is a region free CFW, in tandem with locale emulation. There is no such thing as a USA RF title without, dumping a USA cartridge/.CIA and editing it. That said, if a game is TRULY region free, it won't have a region attached. i.e ALL Pokemon games are region free, you can buy a cart in EUR and play it on a US 3DS no problem as they are exactly the same. Other games, most of them actually require a specific region and why you see the same title 2/3 times in eshop for US, EUR and JP (unless USA/EUR use the same version) usually. Again, if you notice Pokemon SUMO for example there is only one download page for EVERY region, they all get the same game.
Not to mention most edited RF .CIAs are incomplete. They tend to remove "unnecessary features" like Luigis Mansion for example. A lot of people using the RF cia found out it removed local co-op as well as the instruction manual.
Sorry the point I was making is don't use RF dumps if there is one available for your actual region, it's pointless. And if you want to play a game FROM another region, it will work find with Luma but may or may not require local emulation.

Good evening! I've installed Rhythm Heaven Megamix and it always goes to the screen where it says "An exception occured". Most posts I searched, as I've understand it, are using EUR versions of the game and the one I downloaded was a US one that was cryptofixed. I'm using a US 3DS and it is in CFW. What should I do to be able to play the game?
Luma is region free, use the EUR version instead. Or find a "standard" .CIA dump to install. Cryptofixing is outdated as encrypted .CIAs can be installed directly. The reason for that prior was to remove the encryption fro ease of access on lower firmwares. Otherwise you'd be prompted to redownload the full game through eShop, after installation. So you'd get it free but have to install it twice unless you used a cryptofixed version. That hasn't been true for a good while now. At least since 2016 cryptofixed .CIAs are no longer a thing.
