And rebuild NCCH and include in cia, but you dont have any headers! these are required you will need to dump them from the original file (either with my tool or with fuse 3ds tool)

these files are most likely a mod you downloaded, ready to be placed on the sd card (in the right directory..of course), then you activate the fonction in luma to be ablae to use mods.
But, you can always rebuild it like an update, and with the help of the software HackingToolKit9ds you can rebuild the modded update with your mods, then install it as a CIA.
Are you playing on Citra emulator or on a console with CFW ? if console, you use Luma?
did you just put them in luma titles or did you actually include the number (id) of the game too?

So I'm trying to unpack a decrypted Fire Emblem: Awakening .3ds file. I'm using V12.
Attempt #1
I threw the .3ds file in the same folder as the hackingtoolkit9ds.exe.
I ran hackingtoolkit9ds.exe.
I hit "d" and then enter.
I entered the name of the .3ds file without the extension.
hackingtoolkit9ds runs and says the job is done.
I look everywhere for this "ExtractedO3DSUpdate" or "ExtractedN3DSUpdate" folder but there is nothing of the sort in any file on my computer.

I put the .3ds file in a folder and named the folder "FE".
I ran hackingtoolkit9ds.exe.
I hit "d" and then enter.
I entered the name of the FE folder.
hackingtoolkit9ds runs and says the job is done.
Still nothing.

HackingToolKit9ds has many issues including this one where it refuses to work. It isn't even updated anymore!
I think it happens when the patch contains spaces but im not entirely sure
