Exef has a file
Romfs has 3 folders and one file

are the actual exefs and romfs folders then?? i need to know if they are a folder or not
not what they contain since if it is a folder then you wont need to do any extra steps in my tool...
Also what is the origninal game called (not the romhack version) and game region. We need this to make sure we get the correct file.

Ok that means you wont need to do the extra step since they are folders

What region is it and is it digital or cart?

If you dont know and the rom is legit (you purchased it from eshop/game shop then it should be the same region as the 3ds it self) go to system settings to check that

Ok to get the title id you can use fbi i assume you have it installed go to titles and get the id and put it here so we can dump your game to your sd card.

in godmode9 go to sysnand sd go folder

then content
select tmd file in there
then tmd file options build cia standard then itl dump it

I have the 3ds file

Afte extracting i get a file called contents.0000.00000000
And
Contents.001.00000001

Use extract NCCH on the biggest contents file with has the game data (should be contents.0000.00000000)
Then you will have extra files like romfs exefs exefsheader etc etc

Got an error
Error:can not find ext key for 0040000001B5100
Error:the file is mismatch

Whoops sorry i forgot a important step you should decrypt with godmode9 on your 3ds before you use it with the pc.
Select the file with godmode9 go to options and decrypt in place.
You can delete those contents files since they are encrypted

now you need to copy and paste the romfs and exefs folders in the same folder as the one you extracted if it asks to replace files just hit yes

Ok now copy the whole name of the contents.0000 file you extracted then paste it in to the output filename textbox on the Rebuild NCCH Tab and delete the original contents.000 file
Set the folder containing ncchheader.bin and etc files to the folder you extracted the contents file too
After that hit rebuild.
