No option for Fat32 in windows formatter only exfat and ntfs !
Now this is interesting.... How the heck did I get mine to be FAT 32? It's the same size as yours. I was also just told that it's supposed to be exfat

That's odd, try on the PC writing something the size of the whole SD card to see if its not a fake one.

Try other SD card on the console, if nothing works then there is something wrong...

Try using lighting up the M-SD port with a flashlight to see if you can see anything wrong with the pins and make sure they are fully fine...

Also did you ever open the console? The M-SD port reader cable might be badly connected inside the Switch.

You are lucky in case its something hardware related just with the M-SD port because its completely easy to replace (plug-n-play after just a few screws).

First check it all the way before going that route... maybe could be anything else wrong, I have no clue...

However like I said first start with a flash light, I mean if you see broken or bent pins you surely will know its it. If the problem is not the pins, then just remove the back plastic cover of the switch and re-connect the Micro SD port cable from the Switch motherboard and make sure it gets completely attached right and try again to see if the SD shows up after.

EDIT: You can also try first formatting as Fat32 with allocation size of 100Kb (though I don't remember exactly if this is the best right size for it).
