After i moved the files over to a 128GB, it now can't read from anything anymore and can't even access the normal memory card either as it now takes the memory card as if it was from a different vita and asked to format it. And it can't read from the sd2vita either. So what's going on here? Is there a special procedure for it to be able to read from the sd as i did set it to take the sd2vita as the main memory?

Cause everything was copied, even the hidden OS files and folders.

Edit: SOLVED! Solution at the bottom.

iirc, you need to format the sd card a certain way. I know there are instructions on wololo for this (possibly here too).

Yeah, think it was that i had to use 64KB sectors.

Formatted it again now with 64KB clusters after the zzblank and giving it a second try now. If this doesn't work, then i need to prepare the old sd the same way and unlink the sd to prepare for the new. Cause i thought that an identical copy onto a bigger storage would work, apparently not.

Problem solved! the micro sd's default allocation size was 128KB for the 128GB micro sd, which the vita couldn't read from, so formatted it to 64KB and it now works fine again.
