Gaming Radiant histotia perfect chronology not starting..

Hi so i have rxtools still and its on 11.0 emunand and i m trying to run it but it stays on 3ds logo and doesnt get past that can someone tell me how i make it work...

On a side note are you open to upgrading your cfw?

Radiant Historia requires at least 11.5. Your firmware is too low. Follow the guide linked above and when told to update your firmware, do it.
