I am going to say not in any easy fashion (if at all):

"And for your future question when it does not work..
"Don't use ddd dumps! The code folder is not working. Redump/get the code folder without ddd."
Loadiine == ddd dumps"

You are better of just using a nus utility to download new ones than going through all the hassle of trying to get loadiine usb ready (which it does not sound like anyone has had success doing). I could be wrong though.

I have to say the Games are Downloaded from the Internet, idk if that matters! ^^

Regardless of their source, NUSPacker seems to be the only current option for what you want - and as stated in that thread:
"Loadiine == ddd dumps" "Don't use ddd dumps"

Argh so my Loadiine Files are Useless!
Dont wanna Download them again! -.-'

In that thread they do say you can try re-dumping the code folder (without ddd) but am not sure if the same result could be had by using nus/cdecrypt to get the "correct" code folder from NUS (or if you would need to have the copy of the game and dump it yourself using a tool other than ddd).
To be fair, loadiine was more a proof of concept than anything - it served its purpose - was never meant to be a final solution.
I know the bandwidth and time is a drag but... you are getting free games... so ;)

    I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
