I built a new PC for HTPC/Steam box use yesterday, but I'm having an issue with it. I can't get picture to show up on my TV (TV recognizes it but shows nothing). However, the image shows up when I connect it to my monitor. Does anyone know why it won't work on my TV? TV recognizes everything PS3 and my main computer. I'm using HDMI to connect PC to the TV.

Parts what I'm using:
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
GPU: R9 270X
Motherboard: Asrock H81M-ITX
RAM: Kingston HyperX Predator 1333 MHz

TVs don't use picture processing on VGA signal so that would explain the reduced lag. They do use picture processing on any HDMI signal unless you turn it off.

Also, sometimes you can go through your graphics card settings to find a "TV mode" to help a little with the blur. Part of it is caused from using an analogue on a big screen, part is the difference between RGB and RBY, and part has something to do with pixels and aspect ratio. I'm not an expert on the topic so I can't be more specific.
