Sorry if it is explained somewhere else and if so this can be gladly closed if someone can give me the link to the thread. I have been seeing this everywhere and I am interested in whatever it is.

I am assuming it has something to do with custom firmware. I am on reinand right now. Do I need whatever a9lh is?

a9lh is a type of hax which requires dumping a file named otp.bin, and you have to be on fw 2.1 to dump it. it will give you the ability to run and updated sysnand cfw, without loosing kernel exploits. it will give you the fastest boot times
