So I saw this video about how to convert HDD to RAM.
Seriously, it sounds legit since it only uses windows configuration system,

I would like to know if it really work.

If it does, please tell me if it is also possible to convert HDD to VRAM.
Thanks

Here is the video :

Without looking at that video, even if you're using a very fast, high end ssd (530 mb/s write, 550 read), it might be a teensy bit slower than the 21 GB/s that most DDR3 ram sticks can run at. And yes that speed will make a difference, a major difference. Your specs in your sig show 16gb of ram, why would you need more?

GDDR5 VRAM can go up to 28 GB/s, it wouldn't be worth it having it on your hdd. It would most likely (assuming it was being used) cause a noticeable fps drop with little added benefits. Not to mention the absolute nightmare of getting the drivers to accept the hdd as VRAM in the first place.

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
