You can add them directly to the inventory:

My apologies, I thought you were referring to the location of the inventory. The inventory stars at B6F0 and you can add the three bytes for any item to the end of the block. You will still need to re-add the models for Ringabel/Bikini as they were removed completely, but you will no longer have to replace other costumes.
