An offline menuhax installer?
So you can change your custom theme running your already installed menuhax anywhere without internet.

Getting the infomation on how a app is installed and how to make app is not going to be easy. but not impossable.

You don't understand. This is just something impossible to do in userspace. We know how apps are installed. Thats not the problem. The problem is getting them signed, which REQUIRES kernel access. We can install them, but the home menu won't let you run it unless it is signed. Currently you can only do this on firmware 9.2 and below, since the kernel exploit everything uses was patched on firmware 9.3. And no he can't "just make another exploit". Exploits are found, not made. Hopefully this makes sense.
