Please be advised nobody buys things espicially if they are in the rush near the coming Chinese New Year celebration, all if not most factory workers will be abscent from the celebration and nobody is going to bother serving you. I knew this would happenen and got my R4 weeks earlier before the coming celebration.

Let me first tell you my experience with that store:

I bought a EFA2 for GBA from their website as it stated clearly "In Stock", I was charged for it in the next to days (payed with pay pal), after being charged I noticed their website stated "Preorder" on the status of the EFA2, and I asked inmediately: "Do you have it in stock right?", they sent me an answer saying "Your item is being shipped".

Five days later (a week later of placing my order), I got a response from the admin saying "sorry, the item is no longer in stock, we can send you something else, wait of the item to be re stocked or make a full refund (it takes about 5 to 7 business days)". I asked for the full refund AND after 10 business days later they refunded me the money.

In the meanwhile I got a EFZ3 from Jandaman.com that was here in 4 business days after placing my order with Paypal too.

To resume, I personally think there are lots of better stores than GameYeeeah.com. If you don't like their service, just stop buying from them, there is no need to "boycot" anything.

Maybe I'm missing something, why do people in the US order from out-of-country when there are plenty of US based stores around?

Because there really aren't that many US based companies and the pricing including shipping from other countries is often significantly cheaper than what is charged by us companies.

[/opinion] Or it might be that more established companies can sell these products in China whereas they really can't in the US. [/opinion] No offense to anyone out there.

Edit: I said legitimate before and that was a little harsh in print. I did not mean to convey any negative connotations.

I ordered from gameyeeeah BECAUSE it seemed to be the recommended site by GBATEMP. I was not happy with my experience at all and their lack of reply or concern had nothing to do with Chinese New Year! I ordered 5 units and one was defective out of the box. I contacted them by email and since I got no inital reply posted to their forums. Finally they responded but since they only reply to emails from me at about 3AM (yes, I know they are in China) it took 1-2 more days to get them to give me the return address in China (they tried to send me back to GBATEMP to troubleshoot my clearly defective unit). I shipped promptly back to them USPS Global w/ tracking and provided them all the info so I would know when it got there. It was guaranteed to be delivered by January 5th and I got no reply from gameyeeeah. After tracking through the USPS to find it was delivered on January 2nd and telling them so, they FINALLY acknowledged they had it on January 10th (even then posting in their forum on January 11th that they DID NOT HAVE IT), but instead of replacing it as soon as they got it as they had promised by email, they tell me I have to wait an additional 3-5 days while they "send it out to be detected" in their words. This service was horrible for a defective product they shipped me. It cost me an additional $20 to return it and over a month to get my refund.

I posted all along in their forum so you can see for yourself in this thread here.

I've ordered subsequently from both RealHotStuff.com (twice) and sozoryoku.us and both orders have been shipped and received promptly with no issues.

my friend ordered from them and after about 4 days they did not send her any confirmation or anything, they did not reply to her e-mail for a week, and after another 3 days they finally sent it, but it did not arrive for another 2 weeks, so they are slow to ship, it took her a month to get it, so i would not recommend using them, since they take so long on shipping.

Even if you order from a US based store, the products usually ship from China. The shipping times are the same anywhere because of this.
Gameyeeah ships R4s and M3 Simplys from the US sometimes, so their shipping is sometimes faster than other sites.

When I ordered mine, There were no US stores that had the R4 in stock. I ordered from Gameyeeeah because it was recommended on this site. It has now been nearly 7 weeks, and I have nothing to show for my $40 + $16 in shipping.
I confirmed that my RMA was delivered to them on 2/15, yet they claim it just arrived yesterday. I was promised multiple times that they would ship the replacement *the same day*, but it has not shipped yet, not even on 2/27 which is when they claimed they received it.

I think they should be treated with caution, and certainly not heralded as a recommended retailer.
